Wedding Crashers – Part 2
Day 3
On Thursday we finished loading up the cars/trailer and headed up to Honey Creek Resort to begin the wedding festivities. That evening, the groom’s family had a barbeque for everyone that was at the Resort. We had some delicious beer-soaked brats—something we hadn’t had since moving over here to the UAE.Getting packed up...

Day 4
On Friday am the girls set-up part of the reception hall and the boys played golf. After the room was set-up, B hosted a lunch for her bridesmaids and family at the lodge.| Getting the reception set-up. Those pink place cards were cute but a pain to lay out! |

That night we had the rehearsal and a nice rehearsal dinner with extended family in the nearby town. P’s sister A wrote a very thoughtful toast/poem to their grandparents who are celebrating their 60 wedding anniversary this year. Good times!

Day 5 – J & B’s Wedding
The Wedding prep activities began early on Saturday with the girls starting to get ready. Unfortunately, I didn’t get many (or really any) photos, but it was a fun day that ended with a great wedding. The ceremony was outside, and though it did rain a ”little,” it was really a beautiful gathering before God to celebrate B & J’s commitment to each other. From the ceremony we headed inside to the reception where it was fun to celebrate with all of the extended family and friends.| B teaching R some camera stuff |
